Lead User Interface

- Write technical designs including conception, architecture, and data model - Maintain and enhance CI/CD processes (Basic Knowledge is mandatory) - Develop and maintain the platform - Support UI developers - Identify and resolve incidents - Represent FM in global UI architecture meetings In your role, you will be expected to: - Delight customers by delivering high-quality, bug-free software, respecting customer commitments, and UX designs, and providing support when needed - Work collaboratively by providing transparent reporting, helping team members achieve their commitments, sharing knowledge, and driving other UI developers - Innovate by staying updated on the latest technologies, sharing ideas with the team and management, and proposing new development tools and enhancements to CI/CD processes - Constantly improve by being proactive and autonomous, actively participating in retrospectives, communicating with other BT UI teams, and assisting others

- IT Masters Degree or equivalent such as Engineering school - Strong/proven knowledge of Javascript development language, React, and its ecosystem - Basic knowledge of Docker - Strong analytical and algorithmic skills - Strong communication skills - Autonomy, adaptability, and team working skills - Ability to propose and discuss API contracts with backend tech leads - Heightened sense of client service, quality, and documentation - Sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail Good to have Skills: - Rigorous, methodical, and organized approach - Ability to work independently and within a team - Knowledge about Single spa, Kubernetes, GitLab, ArgoCD - Familiarity with SWIFT banking environment and Open Banking - Mastery in software engineering tools Additional Company Details: The company values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
