Join our Security Business Group to design and deliver the AI-driven features of Cisco Secure Access product. Youll work across multiple stacks and domains to build integrations and features that power the next generation of Ciscos security platform. We have a highly scalable cloud product spread across 100+ data centres where we run our cloud security applications that operate at massive scale.
Your impact
As a Leader Software Engineering, you will:Design and deliver both functional and non-functional product features using AI SDLC.Mentor and guide engineers, promoting best practices.Create a culture of execution excellence coupled with innovation AI first mindset.Partner with cross-functional core stakeholders within both engineering, product management and field teams to lead the technology direction and facilitate key technical decision points. Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance cloud services that support global enterprise users.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors in computer science or equivalent with 15+ years' experience in designing, analysing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.Experience in building cloud delivered SaaS based security solutions.Experience with Go, Java, Python.Knowledge of AI tools, frameworks, or methodologies.Proven skills in managing a high growth business and scaling engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for building scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend systems.Experience with AWS/GCP and monitoring/observability tools, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong engineering delivery and execution track record using agile process.Sound technical depth - ability to go deep into technical architecture and design when needed to solve a complex problem.
