Role & responsibilities
Managing the banking and investments relationship and responsible for overall growth of Liabilities & Investment business from branch/retail customers.
Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by providing service level which exceeds client expectations of most important customer segment.
Client Acquisition: Source New-to-Bank (NTB) asset and liability relationships, specifically targeting businesses with turnovers between INR 25 Crore and INR 50 Crore.
Revenue Generation: Drive Net Interest Income (NII) and fee income by cross-selling Trade, Cash Management (CMS), Forex, Treasury, and Wealth/Insurance products.
Client Acquisition: Source new-to-bank (NTB) current accounts from small-medium enterprises (SMEs), corporations, and local business markets.
Portfolio Growth: Build and maintain high Average Quarterly Balance (AQB) and healthy CASA ratios across assigned client accounts.
Client Acquisition: Finding new Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients through referrals, networking, and overseas channels.
Portfolio Management: Managing NRE and NRO accounts, tracking client fund movements, and tracking visits to India. .
