01Key Responsibilities
Document Management: Draft, edit, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and forms in line with Australian legal standards using precedents from the CLIO practice management system.
Client and Case Coordination: Assist with client communications, scheduling client meetings, and case progress updates. Coordinate with clients and third parties as needed.
Software Use: Utilize CLIO software for case management, document tracking, and other legal tasks.
Use Microsoft Office
Suite for document creation and organization.
File and Data Management: Organize, update, and maintain digital files in compliance with the firm's procedures and confidentiality standards.
Administrative Support: Assist with billing, calendaring, and other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation of legal services.
Collaboration: Work effectively with the Australian team to ensure the timely delivery Shift time: 6:00am - 3:00pm Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in law, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal or executive assistant at a law firm.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CLIO is highly regarded and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is highly regarded.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to accuracy and detail, especially in document preparation and data entry.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. .
