This Role
As our operational leader in the pre-litigation process, youll ensure casework is executed with precision, efficiency, and empathy. You will manage and mentor a high-performing team, drive quality outcomes for clients, and identify opportunities to streamline and scale operations across the board.
What Youll Do
Lead, coach, and grow a team of legal operations professionals across a range of functions
Oversee key pre-litigation workflowsincluding claim initiation, medical record retrieval, police report follow-ups, and lien resolution
Drive quality and throughput across high-volume personal injury caseloads
Collaborate cross-functionally with paralegals, engineers, and leadership to improve processes
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
Maintain high-touch communication with law firm partners and internal stakeholders
Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and client-centered service
Your Team: Legal Operations
Our Legal Operations team values precision, speed, and care. Were building a powerhouse of top-tier legal operators equipped with cutting-edge technology to serve clients with humanity. Youll play a critical role in growing and shaping this team to meet the demands of rapid national expansion.
You Might Be a Fit If You:
You have 5+ years of experience in legal operations, healthcare, insurance, or other operational settings.
(Alternatively, you have 5+ years of experience as a PI attorney with a clear track record of involvement in operational improvements, process development, or team coordination.)
You bring strong people management experience, particularly in leading large or diverse teams.
You are highly process-driven and excel in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
You communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and attorneys.
You are passionate about building scalable systems and improving access to justice.

Compensation
$125,000-$200,000 base salary + equity
