01Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates for legal positions, including: Paralegals, Legal Associates, Compliance Professionals, AttorneysScreen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' legal knowledge, communication skills, and overall suitability.Prepare clear and engaging job descriptions, candidate profiles, and submission summaries.Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.Support offer negotiations and assist candidates during the onboarding process.Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders.Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: 23,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
