Level 1 IT Technician

Respond to incoming support requests reputed company phone, email, ticketing system, or in-person. reputed company technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues. Set up and configure new user accounts, workstations, and equipment. Install, update, and maintain software applications. Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and processes in the help desk system. Escalate reputed company issues to Level 2/3 IT support as needed.
