Claims Management: Handle high-value and complex liability insurance claims, including assessments, negotiations, and settlements.Investigation and Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough investigations while assessing risks and ensuring proper documentation of claims.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, insurers, underwriters, and legal representatives to develop effective claims resolution strategies.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining accurate reports for claims processing.Client Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely updates and support to clients throughout the claims process.Process Optimization: Identify improvements in the claims handling process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Mentorship: Provide support and guidance to junior team members in managing liability claims.
02Requirements
