- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop liability insurance programs that effectively mitigate risks and provide optimal coverage.
- Provide expert advice on policy terms, coverage limits, and exclusions to ensure clients have a comprehensive understanding of their liability insurance.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, legal developments, and emerging trends in liability insurance/ risk exposure.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to negotiate terms, conditions, and premiums for liability insurance policies.
- Assist in claims management to ensure efficient and fair resolution of liability claims.
