Overview
Motto Mortgage Triumph is seeking a full-time, remote Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with 3+ years of origination experience to support both residential and commercial loan opportunities
Responsibilities
Advise borrowers on loan products and financing options
Manage the loan process from application through closing
Collect, review, and submit required documentation
Build and maintain referral relationships
Ensure compliance with applicable lending regulations
Requirements
Active NMLS license
Minimum 2 years experience as a producing Mortgage Loan Officer
Strong understanding of residential mortgage lending
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Compensation
100% commission-based compensation
Earnings vary based on production
Signing bonus may be available for qualified candidates
Work Environment
Fully remote
Access to loan origination software, CRM, marketing tools, and operational support
