Key Responsibilities
2+ years of experience Life and Pension experience
Life & Pensions / Annuity / Retirement Insurance domains only (Profiles from General Insurance, IT, Banking, or any other domains should NOT be shared).
Ability to comprehend customer queries and respond effectively
Candidates must NOT be pursuing higher studies or planning to do so
Willingness to work in UK shifts and Work from Office only
Basic domain knowledge of Life Insurance and Pension processes is mandatory
Candidates must be clearly aware of the domain they are being screened for and must have the Job description. .
