 Experience : Experience in any Agency sales in Field Sales 

Job profile :

As an Agency Developmnet Manager You have to Hire Insurance Advisors from your link or through references generated from your Links and eventually you have to train them to Sell the products for you in their links and keep the strong relationships with the customers 

You have to keep the strong relationships with all your advisors 

Perform Service Request Calls

 Keep records of customer interactions and ensuring timely processing of client service request

 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

 Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.             

If You are new to Life Insurance sector necessary training will be provided and a proper hand holding will be offered
