Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets through direct sales / bancassurance in assigned territories.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of life insurance products into banking channels.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in bancassurance sales or direct sales within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and their applications in various customer segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building solid relationships with clients at all levels.
Mandatory Requirements
1. Min. Graduation is MUST.
2. Direct Sales candidates are preferred.
3. This is a field job. Candidates needs to own/ able to ride a two-wheeler vehicle for easy commute to the assigned branches. .
