01Responsibilities
Architect and lead end to end Salesforce solutions focusing on Lightning Web Components Apex Aura and Visual Force Define and enforce architecture standards governance and best practices for Salesforce development
Conduct code and design reviews to ensure adherence to technical standards and optimize performance Drive technical leadership in sprint planning estimation and delivery management
Lead integration design using Salesforce APIs and ensure seamless interoperability with external systems
Manage security design and compliance including CRUDFLS enforcement and sharing models Champion DevOps practices including CICD pipelines environment management and automated testing
Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals Mentor senior developers and architects fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
