Hiring | Life Skills Trainer | Bhilwara, Rajasthan (In-Person)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Life Skills Trainer to join our team and make a meaningful impact on students' personal and professional development.
Location: Bhilwara, Rajasthan (In-Person)
Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging Life Skills training sessions for students.
Develop students' communication, public speaking, body language, and interpersonal skills.
Foster leadership, teamwork, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Design and facilitate experiential learning through role-plays, group discussions, simulations, and team-building activities.
Promote emotional intelligence, empathy, resilience, and self-awareness.
Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify learning gaps.
Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, and parents to support students' holistic development.
Maintain student progress records and support school events, workshops, and student development initiatives.
Eligibility
Graduate or Postgraduate (Psychology/Business Studies preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in the education or training sector.
Exceptional freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
