Role Description The Linkedin Outreach Expert is a full-time, hybrid role based in Faridabad, focused on building and nurturing relationships with prospects and stakeholders through LinkedIn. Daily responsibilities include identifying and researching target audiences, sending personalized connection requests and messages, and maintaining consistent follow-up to generate qualified leads. The role involves crafting clear, professional communication, managing LinkedIn inboxes and outreach campaigns, and updating CRM or tracking tools with accurate engagement data. The Linkedin Outreach Expert collaborates closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with campaign goals, refine messaging based on performance, and contribute insights to improve overall lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, professional, and engaging LinkedIn messages.Customer Service and Community Outreach abilities to build rapport, handle inquiries, and maintain positive relationships with prospects and partners.Research skills to identify relevant target audiences, understand prospect needs, and gather information that informs personalized outreach.Familiarity with LinkedIn tools, social media best practices, and basic digital marketing concepts for outreach and lead generation.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Faridabad, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.Prior experience in outreach, sales support, lead generation, or social media engagement is preferred.Relevant degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is beneficial. .
