01Key Responsibilities
- Perform real-time medical scribing during live patient encounters.
- Document patient histories, assessments, treatment plans, and physician notes accurately.
- Update and maintain patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum 1 year of Medical Scribing experience in US Healthcare.
Live Scribing experience is mandatory.
Experience working with Internal Medicine providers is mandatory.
Excellent English communication and listening skills.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, medications, and clinical workflows.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
