Hiring for Live Underwriting (Non QM loans) - US mortgage
Location - Mumbai(Airoli)
US night shift (6:30pm - 6:30am) - any 9 hrs
WFO
2 way cab / travel allowances given
Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off

Role : Live Underwriter
Experience Required
2 to 4 years of Live Mortgage Underwriting experience
Mandatory experience in Non-QM Underwriting
Key Responsibilities
Perform credit risk assessment using the 4Cs of Credit
Calculate income for Salaried and Self-Employed borrowers
Underwrite Bank Statement and Full Documentation loans
Evaluate loan eligibility and structure mortgage transactions
Review appraisal reports, title documents, lien positions, and ownership documents
Make underwriting decisions based on investor guidelines
Work on Encompass LOS
coordinate with internal teams for timely loan processing
