LLM Model Developer

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in model fine-tuning processes to enhance overall performance. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support continuous learning and development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of model development with broader organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs). - Experience with model fine-tuning techniques, including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation. - Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and transformer-based architectures. - Ability to analyze and preprocess large datasets to optimize model training and evaluation. - Familiarity with performance metrics and evaluation methods specific to language models. - Skill in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to integrate model outputs into practical applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
