Role & responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify customer financing needs and recommend appropriate unsecured loan solutions.
- Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment terms, fees, and eligibility criteria.
- Generate leads through referrals, outbound calling, digital channels, and networking activities.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting required documentation.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of customer eligibility and creditworthiness.
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Follow up on pending applications and provide regular status updates to customers.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and responsible lending practices.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and loan management systems.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a qualified manner. .
