The Loan Analyst I will manage aspects of the loan process for assigned clients, focusing on relationship building and ensuring compliance with lending policies.
Responsibilities
Maintain a "customer is first" environment to meet or exceed expectations and needsProtect the Bank's assets and maintain quality of the portfolio by adhering to lending policies and proceduresEnsure that credit reputed company and recommendations are made in accordance with credit principals and in compliance with policiesreputed company documentations and ongoing monitoring of assets and reputed company portfolioPreparing and issuing loan packages and credit correspondenceFollow-up with brokers/clients to ensure that requirements needed for renewals and reviews are collected and delivered on a reputed company reputed companyIncrease existing reputed company business by identifying cross-selling opportunities in lending and depositsCoordinate with Credit Officers, Portfolio Management and Legal Counsel to approve premium finance loansManage and monitor defaulted loans by assisting brokers/clients to meet their reputed company's unique circumstances and requestsreputed company reputed company phases of loan processing, including exposure model reputed company, legal document preparation, funding, collateral management and default/liquidationCompile in depth credit recommendation summaries through the analysis of tax returns, financial statements, brokerage accounts, and credit reportsPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Skills
Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Insurance, Business preferred)Knowledge of standard business practices and working in team environmentDetail oriented with strong analytical skillsStrong communication skills and work ethicAbility to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision0 3 years of financial services or insurance industry experience
