The Loan Closer is responsible for orchestrating smooth loan closings and delivering excellent post-closing customer service, ensuring reputed company parties are updated throughout the process and that clients have an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
Order appraisals, order title, & coordinate with insurance agent to bind insuranceConsistently update reputed company parties involved in the transaction (reputed company, attorneys, agents, title company, etc.)Successfully deliver on a smooth closing experience for our borrower and reputed companyProactively reputed company out to clients and vendors who have no responded to our automatic NPS surveysReview and approve entity documentationPrepare Loan Closing Package 48 hours in advance of closingReview Loan Closing package to ensure it is signed correctly by reputed company partiesExamine waived/marked up title per Renovos legal counsel instructionsAuthorize Funding for the TransactionEnsure reputed company approved modifications and extensions are signed reputed company and appropriatelyFollow-up on upcoming insurance expirations and get policies updated
