Role Description The Loan Collection Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for leading and supervising a team of collection agents to ensure timely recovery of outstanding loans while maintaining professional and ethical standards. Day-to-day tasks include setting collection targets, monitoring portfolio performance, guiding agents on negotiation strategies, and handling escalated accounts.

Manager will collaborate with operations and finance teams to optimize collection processes, prepare regular performance reports, and implement strategies to minimize delinquencies and credit risk. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, and promoting a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong loan collection and recovery skills, including account follow-up, negotiation, and settlement handling.
- Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, such as data interpretation, portfolio analysis, and use of MIS tools.
- Candidates should possess communication and customer service skills, including clear verbal and written communication and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess operational and process management skills, including workflow optimization, adherence to policies, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Relevant experience in loan collections, consumer finance, or banking operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelors degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or collection systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
