Experience: 1 - 2 years
Candidates with experience in Education Loans, Home Loans, or Loan Against Property (LAP) will be preferred.
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of CIBIL and FOIR

Key Responsibilities
Application Process Monitoring:
Monitor and track the progress of education loan applications at each stage. -Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and ensure timely updates to both internal stakeholders and applicants.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a central point of contact for internal teams regarding application updates. -Collaborate closely with the sales team and lending team to streamline communication and ensure a seamless application process.
Issue Resolution:
Identify and escalate any issues or challenges in the application process promptly. -Work collaboratively with team members to find effective solutions and ensure a positive experience for both students & sales team.
Qualifications And Skills
Any Bachelor's degree.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools
