Job Summary
The Loan Documentation Executive is responsible for handling end-to-end loan documentation for Ground Mount solar projects. The role includes coordinating with customers, banks/NBFCs, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure timely loan processing, documentation, approvals, and disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers for collection of loan-related documents.
Verify KYC documents, financial documents, and property-related documents.
Prepare and organize complete loan application files.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan processing.
Track loan application status and ensure timely approvals.
Follow up with customers for pending documents.
Coordinate with the sales and project execution teams for smooth project implementation.
Ensure compliance with bank and company documentation requirements.
Resolve documentation queries.
Coordinate loan disbursement before project installation.
Maintain digital and physical documentation records.
Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
Required Skills
Knowledge of loan processing and documentation.
Understanding of banking and NBFC procedures.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Strong documentation and record management.
MS Excel, MS Word.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Time management and organizational skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BA or equivalent)
1 year of experience in loan documentation, banking, finance, or solar industry.
Experience with home loans, MSME loans, or solar financing will be preferred.

Solar EPC industry
