JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Manage the complete loan process from application to approval and disbursement.
- Review and evaluate loan applications, customer profiles, income, credit history, and financial documents.
- Assess credit risk and determine customers' repayment capacity.
- Ensure loans are processed according to company policies, eligibility criteria, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with credit, sales, operations, legal, and verification teams.
- Verify customer documents and ensure accurate KYC and loan documentation.
- Monitor loan approvals, disbursements, repayments, and outstanding balances.
- Maintain and update customer and loan records.
- Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate with collections teams when required.
- Handle customer queries related to loan eligibility, terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
- Monitor portfolio performance and minimize loan defaults and delinquencies.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide management with updates on loan performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable financial regulations.
- Identify potential risks, fraud, or discrepancies and escalate them appropriately.
- Support achievement of loan disbursement and portfolio targets while maintaining credit quality.
