Job Title: Loan Officer Coordinator (Experienced Only)
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory)
We are looking for an experienced Loan Officer Coordinator to manage loan operations, coordinate with customers, banks, and NBFCs, and ensure smooth processing from application to disbursement. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and loan processing skills with experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers for loan documentation and application completion.
- Follow up with banks, NBFCs, and lending partners for loan approvals and disbursements.
- Handle end-to-end coordination for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Vehicle Loans.
- Verify customer documents and ensure accurate loan file submission.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding loan status.
- Update loan applications, MIS reports, and CRM records.
- Work closely with the sales and telecalling teams to ensure timely processing.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service throughout the loan process.
- Ensure compliance with lender guidelines and company policies.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Coordination, Loan Processing, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and lender processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
