About This Role\nBankPath India is hiring a driven and customer-focused Loan Officer to originate, process, and manage retail and SME loan applications at our Pune branch. You will guide customers through the lending process from initial inquiry to disbursement, ensuring a seamless experience while maintaining the highest standards of credit quality and regulatory compliance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nActively source home loan, personal loan, business loan, and vehicle finance applications through direct sales, branch walk-ins, and channel partner referrals\nGuide loan applicants through the application process, document collection, and credit assessment stages\nConduct preliminary financial eligibility checks, verify income documents, and assess repayment capacity\nLiaise with credit analysts, legal teams, and technical evaluators to complete loan sanction and disbursement within agreed TAT\nMaintain post-disbursement customer relationships to ensure timely repayments and identify refinancing or top-up opportunities\nAchieve monthly loan disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality metrics\nEnsure all loan files are complete, compliant with KYC norms, and properly archived per regulatory requirements\nHandle EMI queries, prepayment requests, and NOC issuance for fully repaid accounts\n\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field\n24 years of experience in loan origination, retail lending, or NBFC sales\nSound knowledge of home loan, LAP, personal loan, and business loan products\nStrong sales skills, customer orientation, and follow-through on leads and applications\nFamiliarity with CIBIL scoring, LTV ratios, and basic credit appraisal concepts\nProficiency in loan management software and MS Excel\n\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nFixed monthly salary of 28,00045,000 plus disbursement-linked incentives\nComprehensive product training on all loan types and credit processes\nHigh-earning potential through uncapped incentive structure for top disbursers\nCareer advancement to Senior Loan Officer, Area Manager, or Credit Head roles\nHealth insurance, PF, gratuity, and festival bonuses per company HR policy\n\n\nAbout BankPath India\nBankPath India's lending division disburses thousands of retail and SME loans every month through its branch network and digital channels.
