About the RoleUtkarsh Bank is urgently seeking Loan Officers specializing in MSME / LAP and Housing Loan products for multiple locations including Nashik, Pimpri (PCMC Pune), Mayur Colony (Kothrud), Ujjain, Amravati, Nagpur, Khamla, Lakadganj, Sanpada, Vashi, Mira Road, Borivali, Andheri, Chembur, New Panvel, Kalyan, Ghatkopar East, and Pune (Kothrud and Pimpri).
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct direct market sourcing and door-step collection (DST) to acquire new MSME, LAP, and Housing Loan clients.Maintain a thorough understanding of MSME, LAP, and Housing Loan products and offerings.Handle documentation and loan sourcing processes diligently.Manage affordable loan products, ensuring compliance with bank policies.Candidate RequirementsGraduation in any stream is mandatory.Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in MSME / LAP / Secured Business Loan for the MSME / LAP role or Housing Loan / Mortgage / Secured Loan for the Housing Loan role.Experience in direct market sourcing and DST is compulsory.Good knowledge of MSME / LAP or Housing Loan products and their documentation process.Exposure to affordable versions of MSME, LAP, or Housing Loan products is essential.Applicants with backgrounds in Personal Loans, Credit Card sales, unsecured loans, or freshers should not apply.Maximum age: 30 years.CIBIL score up to 700 is acceptable.Applicants not currently employed should have a job gap of no more than 4 months and be prepared to join at similar compensation.Proper relieving letter from previous employers is required.Compensation and BenefitsMonthly CTC up to 25,000, depending on experience and last remuneration.Additional fuel allowance provided.Mediclaim benefits included.Term insurance coverage.Required DocumentationValid Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.Last three months' salary slips or latest increment letter.Offer letter from current employer.Experience and relieving letters from previous organizations.Additional InformationOpenings are immediate.Grades available: Executive, Senior Executive, Assistant Manager-I.Applications from candidates with relevant MSME, LAP, or Housing Loan experience are highly encouraged.

RequirementsGraduate in any discipline is mandatory.At least one year of proven experience in MSME / LAP / Secured Business Loan or Housing Loan / Mortgage / Secured Loan.Experience with direct market sourcing and door-step collection is required.Good understanding of relevant loan products and procedures.Exposure to affordable MSME, LAP, or Housing loans necessary.No experience in Personal Loans, Credit Cards, unsecured loans, or freshers.Maximum age limit of 30 years.CIBIL score up to 700 accepted.Employment gap not exceeding four months for currently unemployed candidates.Must have proper relieving letters from prior employers.
