Loan Processor Accepting Resumes for Future Hires

Manage a personal pipeline daily to ensure all loans close on schedule. Process various types of residential mortgage loans from initial file review through post-closing, including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and state-specific products such as TX refinance and DPA programs. Accurately calculate all types of income including salaried, hourly, bonus/overtime, self-employment, rental, and retirement sources. Review and validate findings from automated underwriting systems (DU and LP) and ensure compliance with Agency guidelines and investor overlays. Communicate proactively with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third-party vendors to obtain documentation, resolve issues, and keep all parties informed. Ensure loan files meet all internal and investor guidelines, policies, and procedures prior to submission and funding. Process and manage a minimum of 20-25 loans per month with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Identify and address potential issues early in the process to avoid delays in underwriting or closing. Submit files to underwriting and follow up on outstanding conditions until clear-to-close is obtained. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the LOS. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives. Qualifications &

Minimum of 5 years of mortgage processing experience with a proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines. Strong working knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo programs; experience with Non-QM, USDA, MCC, and DPA programs a plus. Proficient with AUS systems (DU and LP), AllRegs, and current agency/investor guidelines. Demonstrated ability to handle the full file life cyclefrom loan officer handoff through funding. Advanced income analysis skills, including complex self-employment and layered income scenarios. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in client-facing roles. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet deadlines. Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
