Position reputed company
The Loan Processor is responsible for managing and processing residential mortgage loan files from submission through reputed company approval. This role ensures that reputed company documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with investor and company guidelines. The Loan Processor works closely with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and other internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process for borrowers and stakeholders.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
Coordinates with title companies, appraisers, and other vendors to facilitate reputed company receipt of supporting documents. .
