We are looking for a Customer Collections & Banking Coordinator to manage customer payment follow-ups, collection activities, loan processing coordination, and customer documentation. The role will also involve coordination with banks, brokers, and channel partners to support smooth property transactions and timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments, collections, and payment schedules.Coordinate with customers regarding payment-related queries and documentation requirements.Liaise with banks and financial institutions for home loan processing, approvals, and disbursements.Coordinate with brokers and channel partners regarding property sales and customer transactions.Track customer payments, outstanding amounts, and collection status.Maintain accurate records of collections, customer documentation, and payment details.Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to collections, payments, and loan disbursements.Coordinate with internal sales, accounts, and operations teams to resolve customer and payment-related issues.Ensure timely follow-up on pending documentation, payments, and loan disbursements.Provide regular updates to management on collections, outstanding payments, and transaction status.Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, or relevant experience involving HNI client handling.Prior experience in customer collections, payment follow-ups, banking/loan coordination, or real estate operations is preferred.Good understanding of basic banking and loan processing procedures.Strong customer handling, communication, and coordination skills.Good follow-up and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in MS Excel and maintaining MIS reports.Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, banks, brokers, channel partners, and internal teams.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple follow-ups simultaneously.Key Skills
