Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to potential/cold customers.
Providing details of Personal Loan and Business Loans as per customers requirement.
Educate clients about our loan products and their features.
Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates on their loan applications.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team.
Telesales or telemarketing capabilities required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in loan sales or a similar role.
Sound knowledge of the loan market and current lending regulations.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in business or finance (preferred).
Sales and negotiation skills.
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
