01Responsibilities
Post payments and process transactions with a high level of accuracy
Support funding requests and ensure timely delivery of reports to banking partners
Manage invoicing and follow up on outstanding balances
Maintain clean and accurate account records and resolve exceptions
Perform reconciliation and identify discrepancies in financial data
Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, customer success, and servicing teams
Communicate professionally with customers when needed
Utilize Excel and internal systems to manage and track data
Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of experience in loan servicing, banking, healthcare revenue cycle, or similar transactional and accounting roles
Strong Excel skills required including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Experience with payment posting, invoicing, or reconciliation work
High attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Must be based in Tennessee for this fully remote role
