Loan Servicing Specialist I

This role is primarily responsible for servicing various loan portfolios, ensuring reputed company processing of loan servicing requests, and providing high-quality member service. Responsibilities Assist members reputed company phone, email, and mail by researching, resolving, and following up as necessary in a reputed company fashion while providing a high level of member servicereputed company member support by responding to internal phone calls, emails, customer relationship management (CRM) inquiries by researching, resolving, and following up as necessary in a reputed company fashion while providing a high level of quality member serviceCommunicate effectively with other members of the loan servicing team to resolve member questions while supporting reputed companyreputed company loan account maintenance and financial transactions including payments, payment reversals and corrections, and payoffs in the core servicing systemMaintain a working knowledge of reputed company internal systems.
