Position Localization Client Servicing & Production Executive Experience Freshers / 01 Year Educational Qualification - BCA / BBA / B.Com / BA - B.Sc. (IT / Computer Science) - MBA (Preferred but not mandatory) - Any graduate with good communication and computer knowledge Training & Development Comprehensive training will be provided on: - Localization and translation workflows - Client servicing and project coordination - CAT Tools (Smartcat, SDL Trados, MemoQ, Phrase, etc.) - Subtitle, dubbing, and multilingual production workflows - Vendor coordination and resource management - Advanced Excel and MIS reporting - AI tools and automation used in localization industry - Quality assurance and multilingual content handling - CRM and project management tools Freshers with strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Role Overview The Localization Client Servicing & Production Executive will support the execution and coordination of multilingual localization and media production projects. The candidate will work closely with clients, translators, voice-over artists, vendors, and internal production teams to ensure smooth project delivery within timelines and quality standards. This role is ideal for candidates interested in project coordination, client communication, media production, localization technology, and AI-enabled workflows. Key Responsibilities Client Servicing & Coordination - Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, timelines, and delivery updates - Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, freelancers, and internal teams - Assist in handling project queries, feedback, and follow-ups - Support relationship management with clients and language resources Production & Localization Operations - Assist in managing translation, subtitling, dubbing, voice-over, transcription, and localization projects - Coordinate with translators, linguists, voice-over artists, and DTP teams for smooth project execution - Support project scheduling, task allocation, and delivery tracking - Maintain project records, trackers, and production documentation - Assist in multilingual content formatting and localization workflows Tools & Technology Support - Work on CAT tools such as Smartcat, SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar localization platforms - Support Translation Memory (TM), glossary, and terminology management - Use project management and communication tools such as HubSpot, Jira, Slack, or Flock - Work with AI tools such as ChatGPT and cloud-based localization platforms for workflow optimization - Prepare MIS reports, project status reports, and operational sheets using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets Quality Assurance Support - Perform basic quality checks for translated and localized content - Ensure files follow client guidelines, formatting, and terminology standards - Coordinate revisions and updates with linguists and production teams - Support QA checks for subtitles, scripts, and multilingual deliverables Required Skills - Good communication and coordination skills - Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and computer applications - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Good written and verbal English communication - Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines - Quick learner with positive attitude and teamwork skills Preferred Skills - Interest in media production, localization, translation, or digital content industry - Basic understanding of AI tools and automation platforms - Familiarity with subtitle, video, or multilingual content workflows would be an advantage - Knowledge of CAT tools or project management software would be an added advantage Growth opportunities Opportunities Candidates will gain exposure to: - International localization and media production projects - Client servicing and project management - Translation technology and CAT tools - AI-enabled localization workflows - Vendor and production coordination - Quality assurance and multilingual operations Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits - Provident Fund Work Location: In person .
