Customer FI, counseling &Tele; verification, need of credit facilities, of existing loans, collection of pending arrears, and also KYC & Pending documents etc.
Maintaining very positive relationship with all Dealers for collecting kyc, invoice insurance ,
Participate in the career development of each employee, including training of consumer lending products and services
Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure continued relationships with customer and Dealers
Manage collection activities including consulting with customers on loan payments for past due accounts
Maintaining Customers track records.
Co-ordinating with Colleagues, ABM,ASM and office credit team. .
