Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced L3 Microsoft Security & Compliance Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft security, compliance, migration, and implementation projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and managing Microsoft security solutions across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and manage the Microsoft Defender Suite :
1. Defender for Endpoint
2. Defender for Identity
3. Defender for Office 365
4. Defender for Cloud Apps
- Implement and manage :
1. Conditional Access Policies
2. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
3. Identity Protection
- Implement and support Microsoft Purview solutions.
- Configure and manage :
1. Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
2. Information Protection
3. Insider Risk Management
4. eDiscovery
- Perform endpoint security hardening and vulnerability management.
- Configure email security and phishing protection mechanisms.
- Support cloud security initiatives within Azure environments.
- Contribute to Zero Trust security architecture implementation.
- Handle security incidents, troubleshooting, and L3 escalations.
- Support migration and implementation activities for Microsoft security technologies.
Required Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience with :
1. Microsoft Defender Suite
2. Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
3. Microsoft Purview (Compliance, DLP, eDiscovery)
4. Endpoint Security & Vulnerability Management
5. Email Security & Phishing Protection

7. Zero Trust Architecture
- Good understanding of Microsoft security best practices.
- Experience in enterprise-level implementation and migration projects.
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills. .
