Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Labelling and a strong understanding of design processes prototyping and product development strategies. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products directly impacting our companys success and societal contributions. Responsibilities Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy. Conduct thorough reviews of test results identifying and documenting defects and inconsistencies. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes ensuring a seamless integration of new features. Monitor and report on testing progress providing regular updates to stakeholders and management. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies. Utilize expertise in Labelling to ensure accurate and compliant product labeling. Apply knowledge of design processes and prototyping to validate product functionality and usability. Leverage product development strategies to align testing efforts with overall business objectives. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in testing with a focus on Labelling. Demonstrate strong knowledge of design processes and prototyping. Exhibit expertise in product development strategies. Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans and test cases. Have experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities. Hold a relevant certification in software testing or quality assurance.
