Job Description:\nThe Logistics Analyst position will be based in Hyderabad, India. In this position, you will report to the Director, Logistics Operations - APAC \u0026 MEAI. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily logistics operations for Middle East/Africa.\n\n\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing transportation, ensuring compliance with Saudi customs and regulatory requirements, and supporting warehouse and inventory operations to ensure timely and productive delivery of goods. Watch Culture is our Passion to learn more about us.\n\n\nWe are looking for someone who demonstrates:\n\n\nPassionate drive to innovate and createIntegrity to the coreEnthusiastic customer focusConsistent interactive teamworkDesire for continuous improvement and top performanceHere is a glimpse of what youll do:\nStrong understanding of international logistics, including Incoterms and shipping practicesManage end-to-end shipment execution including import/export, domestic movements, and trackingPrepare and validate shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and Bills of LadingEnsure compliance with regional customs regulations and international trade requirementsCoordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providersMonitor shipments and provide proactive updates on status, risks, and delaysIdentify and resolve clearance issues, delivery delays, and documentation discrepanciesCollaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for smooth executionManage local and cross-border logistics operations across Middle East countriesPlan and oversee delivery schedules to ensure timely execution.Here is some of what you will need (required):\nBachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field(4-6) years of logistics experience, preferably in Middle East \u0026 Africa operationsStrong knowledge of customs regulations and clearance processes across the regionFamiliarity with customs portals and trade compliance systemsExperience working with seaports, airports, and bonded warehousesExperience in Solar, industrial, manufacturing, or project logistics preferredPrior experience managing logistics operations in Middle East/ African markets is an advantageAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables, charts).Here are a few of our preferred experiences\nStrong coordination and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage time-critical shipmentsHigh attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
