Key Responsibilities
Analyze logistics data to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with company drivers and owner-operators to ensure timely deliveries.
Develop and monitor KPIs for transportation performance.
Optimize routing, scheduling, and load planning for maximum productivity.
Maintain compliance with safety standards and transport regulations.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for process improvements.
Support dispatch and operations teams with real-time problem-solving.
Requirements
Proven experience in logistics analysis, transportation, or fleet management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to work with drivers, owner-operators, and management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, logistics software, and data reporting tools.
Knowledge of trucking operations, supply chain processes, and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with both company drivers and owner-operators.
Familiarity with regional and national transport regulations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
