As a Linen Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing customer requests, supporting live logistics, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining service excellence for our business clients.

Logistics Operations
Monitor live delivery operations to ensure orders are completed efficiently and on time.
Support drivers in real time through calls, chat, and internal communication platforms.
Optimise delivery routes to maximise operational efficiency.
B2B Customer Support
Provide prompt and professional chat support to business customers across the UK.
Resolve operational queries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams including Operations, Inventory, and Finance.
Verify order details including quantities, collection and delivery addresses, and time slots.
Driver & Operations Support
Help ensure sufficient driver availability to meet customer demand.
Support operational improvement projects and process optimisation initiatives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
2+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Customer Support, Technical Support, or Supply Chain.
Comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Experience using email and live chat support platforms.
Good working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Experience supporting international customers, particularly UK or European markets.
Previous experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, operations, or startup environments.
Familiarity with CRM systems and live operations platforms.
Office-based role
9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
5-day work week
