reputed company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to reputed company supply chain operations and ensure efficient transportation and delivery of goods. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shipments, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.
* Manage shipping schedules, reputed company shipments, and resolve any delays.
* Collaborate with suppliers, reputed company forwarders, and warehouse teams for smooth supply chain operations.
* Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
* Optimize transportation costs while maintaining reputed company and delivery timelines.
* Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory reputed company, and order fulfillment.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve logistics-reputed company issues.
* Assist in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
* Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
* Strong understanding of international shipping and logistics operations.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in logistics software and reputed company Office Suite.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience
* Minimum 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.
* Prior experience in international reputed company forwarding and customs clearance is an advantage.
* Experience working with logistics companies, warehouses, or e-reputed company firms is a plus.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
* Occasional weekend work may be required based on shipment schedules.

* Knowledge of global supply chain regulations and trade compliance.
* Ability to use tracking and inventory management software.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment and handle international clients.
