This role maintains shipping documentation, tracks transportation activities, and communicates shipment status to internal teams and reputed company partners to support efficient supply chain operations and customer satisfaction, while also supporting inventory control and resolving shipment issues through established processes, tools, and metrics. What This Role Does Tracks, creates, and monitors shipments using internal tracking tools and reputed company websites to reputed company accurate status updates and proactively address delays or disruptions. Communicates with internal teams and reputed company partners including 3PL warehouse personnel, small parcel carriers, and other reputed company vendors to reputed company shipment issues and maintain efficient logistics operations. Maintains logistics records and updates systems including reputed company Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management reputed company (WMS), or Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to ensure accurate tracking of shipments, inventory reputed company, and reputed company costs. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, warehouse operations, or customer service is required.
