Who are we looking for
The Logistics Manager plays a key role in supporting the organization's supply chain strategy by leveraging data analytics and strategic sourcing to optimize transportation operations across international regions. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
What will you be doing
Collect, consolidate, and analyze logistics data from various enterprise systems.
Collaborate with global teams in logistics, planning, and manufacturing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Use large datasets to identify trends and support strategic decisions in areas such as spend analysis, supplier concentration, risk management, and cost optimization.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for transportation categories including ocean freight, air freight, and freight forwarding.
Drive cost reduction initiatives through market analysis and enterprise-wide collaboration.
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing and reliable service.
Monitor and manage category performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintain a repository of logistics intelligence and market trends to inform decision-making.
Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes related to transportation and raw materials.
Identify and mitigate supplier risks to ensure continuity of operations.
Who are You
Strong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation and interpretation.
Proven ability to manage complex sourcing projects and vendor relationships.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software is preferred.
Experience in international logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
