Role Description The Logistics Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai , responsible for planning and executing logistical operations for training programs and events.
This role involves coordinating venues, materials, equipment, travel, and accommodation, ensuring all resources are in place and timelines are met for each intervention. The individual will manage project schedules and budgets, track progress, and proactively resolve logistical issues to support smooth delivery of sessions. Daily responsibilities include liaising with internal teams, vendors, and clients, maintaining documentation, and optimizing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The role also involves responsibilities like sourcing project resources including actors, speakers, podcast guests, facilitators, and other collaborators, coordinating the creation and readiness of workshop delivery decks, creative collateral, and supporting resources, supporting the Business Development team with project kick-offs, project closures, creative coordination, and client deliverables and Zoom backend management.

Manager contributes to continuous improvement of logistics workflows to support the companys creative and high-impact training experiences.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong
Communication
& Planning
skills to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute training and event projects. They should be able to manage resources, schedules, vendors, and stakeholders while ensuring clear communication, documentation, and smooth operations.
Should be adept in
MS Office, MS Teams and Zoom.
