Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs and service quality.
Act as a key liaison between the end customer and the commercial team.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate service.
Continuously optimize recovery and delivery processes.
Monitor, analyze, and report on logistics execution metrics.

Proactive approach with a desire to grow and take on new responsibilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
Fluency in English.
