About the Role
Rocket India is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Operations Support team. You'll own the design, development, and ongoing optimization of our Service Cloud platform the backbone of how our operations teams manage cases, support workflows, and client interactions at scale. This is a hands-on technical role with meaningful architectural influence.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop solutions across Salesforce Service Cloud including case management, Omni-Channel routing, Entitlements, and SLA frameworks
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows that support operations workflows
- Own the configuration and optimization of Omni-Channel routing queue-based and skills-based to ensure effective work distribution across support teams
- Partner with operations leaders and product managers to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Lead deployment pipelines and manage change management across sandbox and production environments
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, governor limit risks, and technical debt in existing org configuration
- Serve as a technical escalation point for platform issues affecting support operations
- Contribute to platform governance, security model reviews, and release planning
Required
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a strong Service Cloud focus
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative automation
- Hands-on experience configuring Omni-Channel routing, Service Channels, Presence Configurations, and Routing Rules
- Experience with Entitlements, Milestones, and SLA management
- Proficiency with Email-to-Case, Case Assignment/Escalation Rules, and Case Teams
- Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce data model, governor limits, and platform security (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
