01Key Responsibilities
Compensation Plan Execution: Support the implementation and operational execution of compensation and incentive plans across the organization. System Management: Maintain and update goals, manage regular system upkeep, and oversee payout processes within the Varicent platform. Eligibility Management: Review and validate eligibility criteria for incentive programs, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance. Commission Calculations: Assist in the calculation and validation of commission payouts, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements. Segmentation Exercise: Lead, Collaborate, Update and manage customer segmentation exercise based on defined country specific & sales channel business rules.

Minimum Education B.Tech, MBA or any equivalent degree/diploma Minimum Experience : 5 years in sales solutioning, sales compensation, Sales incentive management, Sales Segmentation Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong presentation skills Strong in written & verbal communication Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Power point and SQL Interpersonal Skills;Written & Verbal Communication Skills;Planning & Organizing Skills;Presentation Skills;Problem Solving Skills
