Role Overview :
As an Associate Lead - ML/AI Engineer, you will spearhead the design and deployment of scalable machine learning models that directly influence business performance. You will operate at the heart of our technical team, bridging the gap between raw data and actionable intelligence by collaborating closely with data scientists, software architects, and key business stakeholders. Your daily contributions will involve architecting robust pipelines, refining predictive algorithms, and ensuring that our AI solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with the strategic objectives of our clients, ultimately driving efficiency and innovation across their platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to solve complex business challenges for our enterprise clients.
- Develop and optimize deep learning models to enhance product performance and user experience across various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications and actionable AI roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in model development and deployment.
- Monitor and refine existing AI systems to ensure high accuracy, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python for building sophisticated data models and automating complex workflows.
- Strong technical command over Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks to develop and deploy production-grade AI solutions.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Capability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Pune, maintaining high levels of productivity and team collaboration.
- A solid educational foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, complemented by 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in the AI/ML domain. .
